You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To order by phone during normal business hours (Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST), call 877-896-9415 and speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer care representatives.
For all in-stock products, orders will be processed within 1 business day of receipt. All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day. Upon shipment, we will email you a shipping confirmation notice and expected delivery date.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail and costs are based on single unit orders. Shipping costs for multiple products may be higher. Holidays may impact shipping times.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
All re:covers products come with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it, in new and unused condition, for a refund or exchange within 7 days of order receipt. Products that have been used or worn, or any custom orders, are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are also not refundable.
